The electric pitches are close to the shower block and non electric between the glamping units - events field available upon request

The double Decker bus sleeps 6 with everything on-board, tiny house or pod and newly converted horse lorry. Some with hot tubs , outdoor seating and BBQ / fire pits

Takeaway delivery's 6 days a week, fire pits to hire and close to village pub , shop, butchers and chip shop

Find Us
Turn off the A1 from north or south following signs for Lightwater valley theme park and Ripon. Join at the north end of the Ripon bypass onto the A6108 (signposted Ripon, Masham); Cross river and continue straight at Clock Tower (not right to Masham ) at traffic lights; in about 300 yards at next traffic lights turn right and follow Marshall Way and College Road passing Booths ( a good place to stock up ) at second mini roundabout turn right; in about 5.5 miles another left turn with signs for Kirkby Malzeard , on entering the village crossroads (and pub, take note ) turn left into Galphay Road. Site is on the right in 300 yards up a gravel drive. Say Hi we will be in reception or in the cafe at the other end of the building
