A small quirky site at the bottom of Nidderdale in between Staycation, Staycation & Staycation Bridge in the Staycation District. Grass electric and non-electric pitches for caravans, Staycation, tents and visitors by foot, hoof or bicycle.
New shower block for 2024 with underfloor heating, ladies and gents + family bathrooms. Site reception and shop for the basics as well as a new Yorkshire Asian fusion takeaway cafe. Washing up and cooking facilities for guests.
Stunning location in the gate way to the Yorkshire dales to explore market towns, castles and much more from site or only a short drive.

as a small bar. We will also be hosting special food events with guest
friends caterers doing signature dishes Staycation.

Locally sourced logs available from reception & fire pits. We also have locally
produced ice creams,cold drinks and snacks.
Mobile Hot tubs brought to your pitch on a vintage tractor
Large hot tub 5 to 6 people, includes logs to get to temperature 35 degrees plus another basket to keep going to a Staycation time. more logs can be purchased from reception. Price is 90 pounds , available from 14;00 till 9:30 the following morning. Also includes pre lighting ready to jump in at requested times. 3/4 hours to warm up
Smaller hot tubs 2/3 people, includes logs to get to temperature 35 degrees and another basket to keep going to a reasonable time. more logs can be purchased from reception. Price is 70 pounds , available from 14;00 till 9:30 the following morning. Also includes pre lighting ready to jump in at requested time. 2/3 hours to warm up
Staff will message you the morning of your hot tub booking via whats app or text message to the number provided on the booking. Please indicate what time you want the hot tub to be ready for and we will do our best to accommodate, if your checking in or all ready on site and finally where your pitched ( we don't want to give your hot tub to the wrong pitch )
If we dont hear back we will aim to get tubs ready for 1800
obviously if you book more than one night you get the hot tub for the whole following day ( more logs will be provided )
if the hot tubs aren't booked the day before or the day after we will happily leave the tubs with you for as long as possible, sadly this cannot be requested or predicted !
each hot tub is clenaned out and has chlorine dispensor between each use
if all hot tubs during the day request to be ready at the same time will cannot guarentee this
Please keep children supervised and not climb on the tractors - this can cause damage and injuries. If we see any disrespectfull behaviour we will simpley drive the hot tub away

We do not recommend using the hot tubs if you have any medical conditions, including heart or circulation issues, and strongly discourage the use of alcohol whilst using the hot tubs.
All tubs are hired with a temperature thermometer to help maintain a safe temperature, along with full instructions provided at booking and handover.
Guests use the hot tubs entirely at their own risk.

Tested Drinking water is used and changed between each use with chlorine tablets refilleld before handover (ibc tanks hold 1000 lt ) with each dipensor having at least 4 20g tablets resulting in 50 to 80g. This is done within 3 hours of the hot tub been ready to use. ph levels.
ph levels are checked before use and the hot tub will not be given to customers between unless the levels are between 7.2 and 7.6
the wooden seats and bases in the tubs are replaced at the end of each season, checked and deep cleaned periodicly with a chlotine bases sanitiser, brushed to remove and remnents then rinced throughughly using Sodium Hpyochlorine ( following instructions )
we also have an incidents diary noting any problems with the business or hot tubs spesifically.
we reccomend all guests take a shower before and after using the hot tubs and do not use the same hot tub with multiple family units to limit the chances of cross contamination infections
